Fell into a deep dark bottom. Hoping to see the light. Keeping on looking for the light to show, the light at the end of the tunnel...I have heard before. Waiting, waiting, waiting.... Realizing...I am the light... - Niparpon Mummazing -

Covid has been here for 9+ months now....and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness has a 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. I’m asking my small corner of FB to follow suit: Could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helpline far and wide? Just two. Any two. Say done.

Please stop saying "calm down". Do ask what feeling comes up for you? Naming the feeling; it is wisdom.

The leaf fell in front of me. The tree says Hi! I see you. I say, I feel loved and seen. Listening to the sun. ... He said, I will be back. Ah, there is always tomorrow to start over again. - niparpon johansen-

Recreate your conscious mind!

Niparpon Johansen, MA, LMFT, ATR 03.10.2020

Are you afraid of darkness? If it is yes, you might be racist because you see darkness as a threat. It is ingrained in our consciousness for a long time. God, angels, heaven are WHITE. Satan, devil, monster, hell are BLACK.... We are afraid of the dark because we cannot see. We cannot see, so our brains assume that it is dangerous and we become fearful. Then, our reptilian brains get activated, wanting to save our lives with fight, flight, and freeze - automatic response to threat. #BLACKLIVESMATTER Challenge your consciousness and global consciousness. Look through the darkness and you will discover the beauty. - Niparpon -

I respect Corona virus as a teacher. It wants me to practice breathing, calming my nervous system, taking care of my body and immune system, let go of anger and anxiety, and slow down. If it comes inside my body and if I don't do what it wants me to do...I will die because of panic attack, shortness of breath, heart palpitation, muscles ache.... Thank you for teaching me to love myself. ... - niparpon - -19 -19 - -

My theory is that this is a fear virus. If a person is very scared, the nervous system gets activated, the toxic stresses go up, and the immune system gets tired. Being in a panic/survival mode for a long time could kill oneself. A panic attack causes shortness of breath, heart palpitation, muscle ache, etc. Please please practice grounding and aware of your breathing, ideally all the time, to calm down the nervous system and don't lose hope. Breathe and smile (even if it is difficult to do at this time). We are here together. https://www.nytimes.com//nyregion/new-york-coronavirus.html

It takes a pandemic to slow humans down and heal the earth.
