Congratulations Lidia! Sept/Oct weight loss challenge with a total loss of 11.2 pounds!!! Lidia has just returned to her workouts attending 28 classes this month to help aid In her weight loss! Come join us. Do you have 30 minutes?

Congratulations to Rocio -our biggest loser who is lost #11.6 pounds during the Sept/Oct Weight loss challenge. She was not only the first to complete the required 24 pts this month but ending the month by earning a whopping 61 points!!! In addition to her dedication to her workouts, she has made some small changes to her diet. She had eliminated fatty foods and red meat, increased her water intake, and now only enjoys 1-2 tortillas a day. She worked with a dietitian and looks and feels great!!! So proud of you Rocio!!! Way to go!!!!
