Project Playa Del Rey, kind of a big project. Most of the interior has been remodeled. Bathrooms changed sink/cabinet/countertops/faucets/toilet/shower glass door/shower heads/tile flooring/mirrors. Hardwood floor is refinished, some areas removed old flooring and changed to tile flooring with layout design. Most of the light fixtures changed to modern and classic looks. Changed to a new minibar and faucet. Entire house repainted. Kitchen added backsplash. Changed all the windows of the entire house. Fireplace changed from bricks to newer look.
