My family and I are safe from the fires. Both house and office are under mandatory evacuation. I have poor cell and internet service currently. I will be working on getting better service tomorrow (Monday). If you are a Farmers insurance client, you can call 1-800-Farmers to get a claim started 24/7. As soon as possible I will be working on getting in touch with clients who may be affected. Please share this post if you can.

I received this from Farmers today in support of customers affect by the government shutdown. Pleas share if you know of anyone who is a Farmers client and has been impacted. The federal government shutdown has impacted the finances of many thousands of American families, and we expect it will impact some Farmers customers. As always, should a customer contact you indicating this event or a similar financial hardship may delay their ability to make a timely premium payment, or with other billing concerns, please contact Service Operations at 800-909-7777 and ask to be transferred for a control exception to explore options available to customers facing financial hardships. A similar message will be posted for customers on Farmers.com. Thank you for all that you do to help support Farmers and our customers.

I am still working remotely as the office is in a mandetory evacuation zone. Farmers catastrophe bus is in the Home Depot parking lot in Rohnert Park. Our claim number is 800-435-7764.
