MISS ALEGRE HEAVEN GAINED ANOTHER ANGEL Miss Alegre was a longtime fourth grade teacher at St. Lucy School from the 1970s-1990s as well as a devoted parishioner of St. Lucy Church until she was called home to the Lord yesterday morning. In fact, Miss Alegre could always be seen sitting in the congregation for each school Mass amongst the teachers and the principal she once taught. She made an impact on so many St. Lucy School alumni and never hesitated to remind us that ...she always prayed for us and cheered us on by saying, Good girl! and, Good boy! Rest in Heaven, Miss Alegre. Thank you for your stewardship and shining your light on our school community. You will be missed!
