Sometimes there's nothing better than a light fresh salad. Our Spinach Chicken Salad is simple and classic, but never boring. We start with farm-fresh baby spinach, organic cherry tomatoes, persian cucumbers, shallots and shredded carrots and toss them with pesto-flavored farro (an incredibly healthy grain) and our famous lightly-peppered grilled chicken. Drizzle our very own housemade lemon vinaigrette, blended from scratch in our kitchen for a sweet and citrusy kick to your crisp salad and juicy chicken.
