Honestly, if you reeeaaalllyy want to lose a few lbs, if you reeeaaalllyy want to tone up, if you reeealllyy want to be ready for bikini season then you have to commit but it’s not to me, or to anybody that is your aide in your personal goals but to the job. Get the job done seriously. Go get it bc those abs and that booty is NOT going to come to you. Just saying! If you text me I will tell you how to do it and how to love it!
Have you ever tried a diet before and we’re you successful @ the end? Have you ever stuck to a daily routine? Last year I launched my first ever online personal training business and had about 15 clients in one of my programs. I never learned how to start a business but I just tried it out and there were a some great things to come out of my first experience but more importantly, mostly difficulties to come of it. There was a lot to learn from that experience and I have been taking time to lay out the wins and the losses of that short lived business, to try it again.... Things I would've never known if I had never tried or put myself out there or embarrassed myself in front of my friends, family & clients. I tried to understand that I have to go through that awkward phase, when you care about people judging you or feelings of inadequacy. and now, putting myself in uncomfortable situations more often than not because I'm learning not to be afraid of change, no one should be too afraid to change, be competent enough to grow into it, or your world will always be the same. which for me formulates as boring. AM I RIGHT ORRRRR....... Happy Thursday!
Everyday I think about reasons why someone wouldn't want to make a healthy change in their life no matter the stage of health you currently sit at. More importantly I question why sometimes we choose the quick fix or easy 12 week program route? I'd love to make a change for someone that is wanting to learn and grow with the process of their specific path to health with QUALITY. ... Plus to spark conversations on anything health & fitness with the people I know & love!

Yesterday kicks off Day 1 of my "Winter session" 4-week program, had some awesome convos across many time zones and you'd think after writing so many training programs for each individual I'd be over trying to write my own, but I'm more motivated than ever! It's great to know that I feed off of something I love to do because I love to see others achieve their own personal goals! That drives me to be better! ... GO LIFE!
My personal goals for The Winter Session 4-week program include continuing my pescatarian nutrition changes, getting toned and building muscle again in preparation for the summer coming up! I'm actually pretty proud to say that I have really come to accept my body in all ways and I hope that I can help others feel that way also! Coming from competing in bikini competitions it's hard to learn to love your "normal" body, it is a PROCESS but it is possible and it is the best fe...eling! Making changes for my personal goals one step at a time so that I can feel confident getting out to the beach and being proud of what I have done and how I will do it in order to achieve those specific goals! Who's with me?!

Knowledge is power & effort is strength. Until you have decided to make the change, you're exercise/health attempts will likely send you back to square one of "thinking it". You have to DO IT in order for "it" to happen. HAPPY MONDAY!!
