It's a major shift to go from judging and condemning ourselves, to go with curiosity of why these behaviors are showing up. To say to ourselves, "what do I need?" rather than "what's wrong with me?" opens the space up for change and healing. And in that curiosity, patience and love, that is where we can find the need behind the behaviors.
