For those celebrating, happy Easter! All locations are closed today. We will resume normal hours tomorrow. If you haven't tried our Mexican fries here's your gentle nudge. We’re so excited to announce that today is MOLE MONDAY! Incredibly flavorful and authentic, mole is a staple in Mexican cuisine. Typically made from many ingredients -- including peanuts and chocolate -- it is a true labor of love. Our ancestors ate mole, and we still enjoy it both regularly and on special occasions. We will be serving mole at all of our taquerias, alongside rice and beans.

It's all about the dip! Our Taco-Dilla with Birria combines two classic dishes into one, with a delicious, warm broth served on the side. Cooked with traditional spices and Guajillo chile, our Taco-Dilla is served on a corn tortilla with melted cheese, birria meat (slow roasted beef stew), raw onion, and fresh cilantro.
