One of the best parts of studying at LSI is the chance to make friends from all over the world. Lidia and Talina studied here in spring 2019 and recently reconnected in Spain. We love seeing LSI reunions all around the world!

Meet Maritza, our Student of the Month! . From: the Dominican Republic; now living in Barcelona. . Her job: I am retired from the United Nations (UN in the Pan American Health Organization PAHO / WHO), I worked as an International Adviser on Family and Community.... . Her secret talent: Encouraging people and dancing. And this is not a secret! (hehehe)...I love to dance, and I do it anywhere, anytime. . What she likes most about Berkeley: The kindness of the people, hiking, the friendships that can be created and the variety of activities that can be done. .
