It has been an absolute whirlwind so I apologize for the inconsistent postings. Bear with me... it won't be long until we are back in the swing of things and can go back to posting daily. Today I am asking for prayer. As many of you know our dear friend Stephanie and mama of 4 has been fighting this melanoma figh...t for years. In 2011, she found a mole on her ankle that was soon diagnosed as malignant melanoma. Steph was 24 at the time. Surgery and 10 rounds of interferon cancer treatment was done, we all thought she was in the clear. Years passed, two more children were born, twins actually and at the end of 2018 she noticed swollen lymph nodes in her groin. On Sept. 20th, 2018, Steph was told that the cancer was back.. this time in her lungs. Since then the cancer has spread to her brain and spine. She has had 5+ brain surgeries and just completed another one moments ago. Stephanie is battling a serious infection and needs our thoughts right now. This mama needs prayers as she recovers and continues to fight this grueling battle. Steph is a believer in Jesus and whole heartedly knows God is entirely in control. Friends, leave her a message. What's up Love Song, good morning! I know that I typically update on our Instagram daily (@thelovesongfoundation) however I wanted to speak to you all here first. My oldest Jaidyn is applying for colleges here in the next few months. I literally cannot believe this is our life right now. I have had Love Song for 10 years now so many of you have watched her grow through social media. This kid is absolutely incredible! ... Next month we will be visiting the state of Texas! She has 3 colleges out there that she absolutely loves so we are on the hunt for the perfect fit. While we are there I will also be seeing a terminal client and photographing a few former clients. This will all be happening in the Dallas area. I have opened up four more sessions so if you live in that area and wish to be photographed please let me know! If you live in Texas please let me know what you love and hate! Tell me about the houses, owning a business, (are any of your family members electricians or plumbers? I would love to know how they do in that area) the schools, the best neighborhoods, what's there to do, crime, the people, the churches, dating scene (not for me, my sister is single) the football, where are the country houses and more! Just give it all to me! Texas has always had a piece of my heart. That state has Love Song's largest following! If all the stars align and Texas is most definitely in her future I would love to expand Love Song and add an additional entity out that way. At this point my family and I are weighing out all of our options. Regardless Love Song is not going anywhere just looking to grow and would love your thoughts as we navigate through this! Question for you guys... In looking to move to other states I find it interesting how people describe where they live. One person would say this and then the next person would say the total freaking opposite. If you were to describe where you live even if it's down the street from me what would you say. Tell me your version of taxes, schools, shopping and more!

Help Who lives in Oklahoma? What do you love? What do you hate? I want to know about the best and safest cities. I can't live 30 minutes from the grocery store. Things to do? Malls... etc. ... How are the schools, hospitals and life of a business owner? What do you all do for work? So I hear the humidity is awful... how long are your summers? What kind of bugs and creatures do you have there? Do y'all hire family photographers out there?... Clearly this is pretty important to me. I have heard that the people are nice which is great! Where do you go if you want to snowboard or go in the ocean? How are the seasons? And how often are there tornados? Give it to me!

Nancy, the backbone of everything we do around here had a heart attack and is being taken into surgery. She literally makes everything remarkable around here happen. Wish GRANTED! You guys did it again. Last week I posted a need and per Love Song Fashion with your help we granted it in just a matter of a few hours. This mama was in a domestic violence relationship and finally had the courage to take her young son and leave. After packing her car with only what she could carry they ventured out for a new start. With no money for this family to spare mom was in need of business clothing for her new job. After gathering all of the much... needed information to fulfill this wish I found out that her little boy would soon turn 4. At first our goal was to bless this mama with clothing but we couldn’t allow this child to lack anything for his big day. We were able to bless this mama with money, over $250.00 in clothing for her son, a bike and helmet for him to enjoy, grocery gift cards, business clothing for her new career and toys for their new location. Please lift these two up in prayer as they begin their new journey. Sometimes we refuse to see how bad something is until it completely destroys us. Maybe she will see this and come home. THIS YOUNG LADY MUST BE FOUND! ... Team Love Song meet 16 year old Ava Carey. On Thursday, August 20th, 2020, Ava went missing from Corvallis, Oregon. Because of the fact that we do not have evidence outside of her last two known Corvallis sightings, we cannot know whether she is still in Corvallis, or potentially somewhere along the 1-5 corridor. Authorities have told Ava's family it could be possible that she may have been taken and may no longer be in the Corvallis area. They have told them to spread awareness up and down the highway. Days have now past since her disappearance and we are sharing this to spread nationwide. Ava was last seen on her skateboard last Thursday evening. All she had with her was her skateboard, no sweatshirt/coat, money, or anything else that would lead the family to believe she was running away. Ava's family is absolutely devastated due to this situation and just want her home. They have offered a $5,000 reward for her return!Just think, you could be the very reason why this young woman is reunited with her family. Daily The Love Song Foundation receives over 150 nominations from every spectrum of this crazy world. Stories ranging from tragedies to triumphs, people write in seeking help in one way or another. I have over 1,800 nominations to review this week and I assure you we do read them all. A friend called me this morning asking if I received nominations for the Hinnant family. Name didn’t ring a bell so I jumped on my computer to find over 121 nominations for a precious boy. 5 year old Cannon was playing outside with his two sisters, ages 7 and 8, just being kids, when the girls saw a man walking towards them. It was their 25 year old neighbor Darius Sessoms... he pulled out a gun and shot their baby brother, point blank, in the head. This man then turned around and ran back into his home while Cannon’s sisters screamed for help. This story is heart breaking. I could never imagine being Cannon’s parents or sisters having to live with this horrific scene on replay for the rest of their lives. One second Cannon’s father, Austin, is thinking his son just fell off his bike and the next he realizes something far more serious happened. But a shootingthis was the unthinkable. As Austin was holding his baby boy he saw Darius pacing back and forth outside. It took everything in him not to get up given, he was filled with so much rage, however, he couldn’t bear to leave his baby boy on the ground alone. Darius was later taken into custody for first degree murder. Friends, I have no idea when our world became this vile...depraved indifference to another’s life has become, literally, real life " scenes from a horror movie" several times a day...every day...everywhere...worldwide...Our Normal??? People killing each other, children being murdered, trafficked and abused...the innocence of a child destroyed and lives taken. A few weeks ago a girlfriend messaged me asking if I knew of a survivor of human trafficking in need, her heart was to give as is always ours! I quickly hung up the phone and called a dear friend who works daily with survivors. Long story short it was impossible to decide who to bless, they are all uniquely incredible. So...we're helping all of them! That's right... Who would have thought we would be granting "Christmas in August!" The Love Song Foundation has partnered with an organization called Free to Thrive. They support survivors of human trafficking by providing free legal services and connections to essential emergency resources empowering survivors to go from survivor to thriver. This critical support provides survivors and their families a bridge from exploitation to independence by breaking down barriers so that their past does not hinder them. We will be assisting 70 + human trafficking survivors and their children by granting them tangible wishes. They have essential needs that need to be filled so we are doing just that. This covid crisis has thrown us all for a loop. Survivors of trafficking are at an even greater risk to regress due to COVID stressors affecting them as well their children. With that being said we will blessing these mamas and their children with wishes. 240 individuals will receive many items in this time of need. Hey Team... Check it out. Remember the video I posted yesterday about the TOY doll that was deleted? Well we reposted it again and many of you shared it too. A dear friend and supporter of Love Song received this after sharing the video and her content was removed. If this doesn't creep you out even harder I don't know what will. So basically you have this doll, with extremely odd button placement that makes noises that have nothing to do with the "movie or character" once i...ts pushed. OK... awesome. So... they're stating this doll is not set up to groom children based on what? A matter of opinion? Cause my opinion is thats a crock of . Somehow this video was deleted... So here we go again! Let's hope this one sticks. Daily I am sent things on every topic known to man. Some things I've seen over and over again and others I am educated on. This one was something new. We are a family of 5. I have younger children and Poppy from the movie Trolls is my 6 year olds absolute favorite. Clearly human trafficking, pedophilia and opinions of the media grooming our children has been a topic for weeks now. There is so... much to be said on that topic for another time. For now, though, now I ask you all to watch this video. Let's just say you don't believe in any of the conspiracy theories...Why on earth would a button be placed right here on a child's toy?
