In a fine Sunday night matchup, Victorio Jess JQM outduels Mr Bill by a slight margin to win the $12,300 allowance 7th race.
It’s a training double for trainer Adriana Vallejo. After winning around the turn with Oh Jerry in the 4th, she wins a QH race in the 6th with Royal Special Man.
Another win for Rafael Martinez and trainer Brian Cunningham, this one in a strong $21k allowance with #6 Hot N’Famous with Eduard Rojas up.
In his second local start, Oh Jerry cruises to victory to take the 4th on Sunday night. The favorite in this race, Oh Jerry was ridden by Francisco Orduña for trainer Adrian Vallejo.
Another strong performance in the 3rd on Sunday night. Trained by Jeff Metz for Saratoga West and Alex Ortega Jr., See Through It wins his third in a row.
A familiar connection takes the 2nd race. Jockey Ramon Guce pilots the Charles Treece-trained Mountain View to win in a stroll. Guce and Treece have combined for 496 wins at Los Alamitos.
Not surprises in the opener as big favorite Promnesia takes the first with the hot riding Eduard Rojas up. The early P4 pool is $153k.
