In honor of Infertility Awareness Week, here is a short self-acupressure routine. It is best to do the sequence after menstrual bleeding and stop after ovulation. May it be a little retreat time for you.

For the first year I did ALL THE THINGS religiously. Years 2 and 3 were harder. I took breaks from supplements and major breaks from exercise. I even became inconsistent with receiving acupuncture. During that time I developed PTSD, anxiety attacks and periods of depression. Because of this, I prioritized my mental health with... therapy, counseling and support groups and let some of my previous fertility support tools fall to the wayside. . When we were cleared for IVF and I felt emotionally ready to go forward with treatment, I was inspired to start exercising again. Signing up for a 5k was a great way to keep me motivated and training on a regular basis.
