So many officers are being used to push an agenda that I know doesn't necessarily fit their morals or beliefs. . 6 or 7 sets of 5 reps of Double Overhand Hybrid Stance Deadlifts with 3-5 second Hold at the top. . This isn't a "ton of weight" and this is on purpose. . Also, if you look I'm using a double overhand grip and no belt.... . Over time my priorities have drastically change when it comes to lifting style, physique goals and performance goals. . #1 - I'm switching to hook grip and will never be using an over/under "switch" grip again. Even it means using lighter weights until my grip strength catches up. The pause on these sets helps me with grip strength. . #2 - My main priority and focus is powerful athletic performance thru compound movement training and mobility. . My physique will be a reflection and aftermath of the work I put in. .
