Anyone who has ever felt excitement, pain, or fear, and had it met with indifference of another. ... Such an empty, cold feeling, very much the opposite of love. Something to think about in our personal relationships and the climate of our world.

Service and volunteering are wonderful ways to create connection and purpose in our daily lives. When we give to others, our cup fills up. Working in Nicaragua was a life changing experience. This can be replicated right here in our own backyard. What can you do today to be of service to another? How can you bring more purpose, meaning, and connection into your life?

We had an amazing time taking our Freedom 4 U kids to be of service to other less fortunate young people at the Boys and Girls club in San Pedro. Everyone had an incredible time. So fun and uplifting! The kids at the club were so full of energy and appreciation. The experience touched everyone.
