For the past few months I have diligently maintained consistent marketing on FB and IG, did numerous IG live tours and virtual showings. After months of buyers coming and going ( an escrow that fell through) ... an excited buyer came through with her agent and wrote an offer! YEAAAA! However, her job then reduced her hours so then the buyer couldn’t get qualified for the a...mount needed. BOOOO! Some time went by, the agent and I kept in touch. The buyer kept persisting and talking to her boss. She worked things out and the lender approves her again. YEAAAA! But it’s still not enough including HOA...BOOO! I came up with a plan.
