Yesterday was the official first day of tall 2019 so I want to keep you all motivated to stay physically active and working hard not just for a strong body but more importantly for a healthy and balanced mind and body. So excited for the fall, I love love love the fall and everything that involves fall, the new color on the trees the leaves that fall out of them, the sunny but windy and cold days ( so I can wear my fluffy jackets)the warm teas and coffee drinks, the ant...icipation to the holiday’s and what that involves, family time etc. So stay committed to your health and continue to keep doing your workouts ideally PILATES.
