Make sure you have GOOD CONNECTION - Do a quick test call/ facetime/ skype with a friend before hand to make sure that you have no issues with network connection... that will interrupt your interview and make it difficult for the interviewer to communicate with you. . Stand UP - Standing rather than sitting will allow you to project your voice better and more clearly to your interviewer. Stand and speak with confidence. . Hands FREE - Use a hands-free or headphone set to free up your hands and set your phone down. This will also allow you to take notes and jot down any questions you have, so make sure you have a pad of paper and a pen nearby during your interview. . SMILE - Smiling during your phone interview will naturally make your voice and tone sound warmer, and friendlier... and even help you relax a little during the process.
