While the moon won't actually look blue, the second full moon in one month is usually referred to as a blue moon. This happens every 2.5 to 3 years, or "once in a blue moon." A blue moon only happens on Halloween approximately every 19 years, according to NASA. Magically speaking, blue and full moons are amazing opportunities to release and heal. This moon is a very fortunate time to mend our bodies, minds, and hearts.
