Virtual tours are where we're headed in the near future, so being ahead of the majority will help separate you from the crowd. Create a company channel on YouTube: If do you decide to invest in virtual staging, you can upload your real estate and property videos on the most popular video-sharing platform available. Google owns YouTube so you can use it to increase your visibility in search engines. This is where SEO comes in, you can add keywords in the title, description, and in the header of your video to rank for certain keywords. In this case, our keyword would be "virtual home tour" or a long tail keyword (a longer keyword) like "virtual home tour in Memphis Tennessee" which would help you rank for virtual home tours in the Memphis, giving you a more targeted location. 3. Give Readers Value: Your agency's content should be relevant, timely, and offer something new to your audience (such as information, data or insights). 4. Provide Visual Interest: Our brains process images quicker than text, so if you really want to attract attention, use visuals. Photos, infographics, charts & graphs, and quality video are all great ways to add visual interest to your content.

Follow-Up Friday 3 Ways to Write a Better Follow-Up Email If done wrong, you will end up sending a series of meaningless emails and end up irritating your prospects and reducing the chances of doing business with them. ... If done right, it can add value to your prospects, evoke a positive emotion, and compel them to reply to your email. Here are 3 tips that may help improve your next follow-up email, and make a greater impact on your prospects/clients. 1. Treat Each Follow-up As An Opportunity Some examples would be: -Add value -Evoke a smile -Gain credibility -Show empathy -Show understanding -Capture attention -Differentiate yourself Even if the prospect does not hit reply immediately, they will recognize you in your next follow-up and as you build a series of positive impressions and demonstrate your interest in helping them, the chances of response become much higher. 2. Make each follow-up unique If your follow up email consists mostly of check-ins and sentences like: -Just checking in on my previous email... -Did my email slip through the cracks?... -Just putting this to the top of your inbox... then you are wasting an opportunity to present a different and new side of your business/ yourself. If you can infuse a sense of your personality into the email humor/ confidence, etc are all ways to make your email more memorable. 3. Put yourself in your Prospect’s Shoes Identify with your Prospect persona. What are their top goals and challenges? How can you/ your company genuinely help them either accomplish their goal or remove their challenges? Think about their state of mind when they get your follow up email, what is their average day like. Consider these tips the next time you're about to create your next follow-up email, and increase your chances of success when reaching out to prospects.
