This morning members of the Linda Fire Department got the opportunity to help Soyoucan Non Profit Organization delivery presents and meals to residents in our district. Thank you to all who contributed!

This evening Linda Fire along with multiple fire and police agencies drove by our local hospital to honor our healthcare workers. Thank you for serving our community so faithfully during this crisis!

The Linda Fireman’s Association is selling Christmas trees now until Christmas, at Linda Fire Station 1. The address for Station 1 is 1286 Scales Ave, Marysvill...e Ca 95901. It’s been a very busy fire season. Linda Fire has responded to a total of 8 out of county assignments this year while averaging 15 calls a day in the district. Currently we have two engines assigned to the Zogg fire in Shasta County. The fire has burned 40,317 acres and is 0% contained.

On Sunday, After 14 days on the #ButteLightningComplex Linda engine 264 completed their assignment and returned home. After a brief rest period Linda Fire sent out a fresh crew early this morning to the #Elkhornfire in Tehama County.

Linda Fire Department engine 264 is on day 6 of their deployment to the Butte county lightning complex. The crew has been working 12 hour shifts in the Stirling City area.
