It’s been a very busy fire season. Linda Fire has responded to a total of 8 out of county assignments this year while averaging 15 calls a day in the district. Currently we have two engines assigned to the Zogg fire in Shasta County. The fire has burned 40,317 acres and is 0% contained.

On Sunday, After 14 days on the #ButteLightningComplex Linda engine 264 completed their assignment and returned home. After a brief rest period Linda Fire sent out a fresh crew early this morning to the #Elkhornfire in Tehama County.
