Some of you may know that I spend a lot of my free time playing ultimate frisbee. It is a sport that is physically and mentally demanding and the rules are designed to be an honorable self regulated game. It is great for kids as they learn to play and participate on a team. It teaches all the great things any sport does but emphasis good sportsmanship and inclusion. We went out and captured a local youth clinic as they taught the fundamentals of the game.
