B) At top, scroll left or right to view categories: Lap Pool (lap lane swimming), Workout... Pods, Free Swim (individual Family Pool swim time) and Group Classes (live and online). C) After tapping Lap Pool or Workout Pods, an orange banner with a black down arrow will appear. 2: Tap the down arrow and all lap lanes or workout pods will appear. Tap the lane or pod of your choice to view open reservations and then choose a time. 3: After tapping Group Classes or Free Swim all available reservations will automatically appear. Outdoor Class Schedule

Alameda County Back to Purple Tier Due to the rapid and widespread increase in COVID-19 cases, the California Department of Public Health has placed Alameda County - along with 40 other counties - back in the Purple Tier (https://covid19.ca.gov/safer-economy). This means indoor fitness activities will be suspended effective 12:01 am on Wednesday, November 18, until further notice. The good news is that we are upgrading our outdoor fitness area to continue to service you th...roughout the fall and winter season, rain or shine! PODs are available for individual workouts, for 1 on 1 Pilates/ Yoga and Personal Training sessions, and for group exercise classes. We have 20+ outdoor classes a week for you to join! Outdoor pools remain open as well! You can reserve a lane for lap swimming, participate in one of our 14 aqua classes, or bring your kids to play in the family pool. Our thriving Online Group Exercise Program is also here to stay! 20+ more classes a week you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. To make a reservation for pools, PODs, and classes, please go to http://www.groupexpro.com/schedule/443/. If you had an Indoor Fitness reservation for Wednesday, November 18th and beyond, please know that we have cancelled your reservation. We encourage you to reserve a POD and stay active! In the case we need to cancel outdoor classes due to bad weather, we will let you know an hour prior to the start of the class. We are thrilled to announce the re-opening of the fitness floor today, Friday, October 9th, at noon! Alameda County requires that all visits are by reservation. Please go to https://www.groupexpro.com/schedule/443/ to book your 50 minute workout session. There are 18 spots available each hour. Reservations start 10 minutes past the hour. Please leave promptly on the hour allowing for additional cleaning prior to the next session. One reservation per day. Walk in's welcome ...if available. Reopening and available now: Weight Strength Equipment Cardio equipment - spaced 12 feet apart Personal Training Pilates Reformer Stretching and Foam Rolling Kettle bells, barbells and other small equipment TRX Safety guidelines: To ensure every one’s safety we appreciate your compliance with the following: Wear a mask at all times, including during cardio activity. Wipe down equipment after use. Each piece of equipment has a green/red tag. Turn tag to red and our cleaning team will disinfect the equipment for the next member. Complete all your sets on a machine before moving to next equipment piece. Review specific equipment signage for usage and cleaning guidelines. Remember to bring your own water bottles as drinking fountains are closed. Permitted no-touch bottle filling stations downstairs.
