Working with the sweet family who gets to call this adorable place home was such a dream! We were connected by a sweet friend, and met over Zoom. Within just a month and a half after our first weekend tour they were in contract on this great Albany bungalow in an amazing location. So sad that I could not deliver their keys to them in person (the best part of the job), but a huge thank you to the wonderful @terriwhite1 for stepping in for me.

Can you tell that they are smilingunder those masks? After working with these sweet buyers for a couple of months, they were getting discouraged by the lack of inventory and the thought of being outbid on their offers. Along came this Kensington gemon a huge lot and they knew they had to have it.... Sadly their initial offer was not acceptedand the house stayed on the market with an extension on the offer deadline. Well, a lot can happen in a few days and less than a week later the sellers found a new home and were super motivated to sell. Since I stayed in touch with the listing agent the whole time, once things changed for the seller she reached out to me and we were able to get this awesome family into contract!

From listed to SOLD in 23 days! Congrats to the first time home buyers whose offer beat out 14 others for this Richmond diamond in the rough! And a HUGE thank you to my seller who reached out and trusted me with the sale of her childhood home. The market brought her not only a quick close and many offers, but a sale price of 14% over asking.

Got to spend the morning touring units at the @liveatcredence building today. Super excited for these new luxury units coming to El Cerrito!

My listing on Ludwig fell out of contract twice due to buyer cold feet before finally getting snatched up by a first time home buyer whose love letter won over the sellers. Today we closed escrow and all are thrilled. Third time was a charm! My sweet buyers had been outbid on two other homes before this Albany cutie came along. With great space for their new work from home lifestyle, a wonderful location, and desire to give their toddler more space to play, they went all in and were handsomely rewarded with an accepted offer yesterday. Third time was a charm!

Got to put the Pending on the Belding Woods fixer today! The seller received 15 offers on her childhood home, and it is a dream come true for the lucky first time home buyer family.

So happy to be able to hand over the keysto this cute Adams Point condo today. I met the first time buyer at an open house(remember when we had those) and he was waiting for just the right place to come along. This gemhappened to be in a great location and was just what he was looking for. Thank you @winklerrealestategroup and @punzmartinez at @chicagotitlealbany for such a smooth transaction
