Update #2: Mr. Kitty is not micro chipped according to the Fairfield shelter. One person has already visited hoping he was theirs, but he was not. The owner has... until Wednesday the 23rd to claim him, at which point he will go through a behavioral screening and be put up for adoption. I will be calling back on Wednesday to check up on him, and if he doesn't pass their screening for whatever reason, I will be taking him back and finding a rescue that works on socialization. I believe there is very little chance he will not pass the screening, but want to make sure he is safe and not re-released. Update #1: Vallejo Humane Society refused to even scan him, saying they were full. They instructed us to take him to the shelter in Fairfield on Claybank to have him scanned. They informed me they are non-kill unless it is medically necessary, so he is now in their care. Is this your kitty? I found him at the Kaiser in Vallejo between the medical offices building and the parking structure at about 10am on 9/18/20. He was meowing so loud that people were coming out of buildings to see what was going on. He sounds like he may be in distress. He is, however, very friendly. He approached me and allowed me to pet him. He does seem to have a tender spot on his back between his legs/hips, as he swiped at me twice when I touched the area but has been ok with pets everywhere else. He also followed me quite a distance and then allowed me to pick him up without a fight. He is fixed and has a blue collar that is very tattered. He clearly belongs to someone, but appears to have been out for a while. We are taking him to the Vallejo Humane Society at 1121 Sonoma Blvd to see if he is chipped.

THEY HAVE BEEN FOUND!!! I don’t have a lot of details yet, but a neighbor was able to herd them our with her horses and get them rescued to a local horse farm i...n Dixon. Trying to get over there now. Posting widely. Two horses had to be let go on Spencer Lane in Vacaville. No halters. They will likely stick together. Horse 1- Red bay mare (Fiona). QH/Azteca. 15.3hh. Long black mane. No face markings but three low white feet. Friendly. Loads trailer well. Horse 2- Bella - black bay mare. Andalusian Tb, looks more Tb. 15.1hh. Small white star, otherwise no markings. Has large scar on Left shoulder. Very friendly. FB message Jen with any info. We will go back into area once they let us. I got the kids’ pony out at least Update at 9am - we have word that our house may have survived. Horses are not on the property though. Roads blocked at cantelow/Gibson canyon and at Timm/Udell. No access.

Roo was found around noon (missing 14 hours) & Vet said she looks fine (l...abs & x-rays), just soft tissue damage. We're all home resting. Found Siamese cat... This cat was trapped and/or dumped in the Industrial Area in Vacaville. They don’t know if it is a male or female. They just saw it a day... or so ago. Please reach out if you are missing a Siamese cat. I do not know if the cat has a small amount of white on the toes or if it’s the cameras lightening. Please share on Social media so we can get this cat home and with its humans. See more
