The Sonoma County Superior Court will remain closed through the end of this week and is scheduled to re-open on Monday, October 23, 2017. If you had a court date during the court closure, do not worry, the court has automatically extended your court date. The Li & Lozada Law Group will determine your new court date and inform you. As always, please call us about questions or concerns.

Good morning Sonoma County, As our community grieves and puts the pieces back together from this tragedy, our firm wants to offer any logistical services and support for you, our friends, families and clients. Our internet, fax, copiers, phones, etc. are yours to use. Even if you need a cup of coffee and someone to chat with, we are here to support you. The firm is fully open at this time.

The Li & Lozada Law Group will re-open this morning, Monday, October 16, 2017. Our hearts remain with the those who have lost so much in this horrific tragedy.

Sonoma County Superior Court will remain closed at least through Tuesday, October 16. Stay safe!

Li and Lozada Law Group LLP will remain closed for the remainder of the week. The Sonoma County Superior Court also remains closed for the rest of the week.

Please be advised that the Li and Lozada Law Group will be closed on Wednesday, October 11, due to the fires in Sonoma/Napa/Mendocino Counties. Also, please note that Sonoma County Superior Court will also be closed on Wednesday, October 11.

Stay safe everyone. We are heartbroken for our friends who have lost already, hopeful for our friends still in danger, and grateful for the men and women first responders doing everything they can to preserve life and property. We are Sonoma Strong!

A hearty congratulations to the civil department of the Li & Lozada Law Group spearheaded by Joel Fleck and Michael Li. As of today, they have obtained over $1 million in judgments and settlements on behalf of a victim of child molest against those responsible. Doing good on behalf of victims of crime. Keep up the good work Joel and Mike!!

Imagine if the police were first responders to heart attacks, she said. That would be unacceptable. ...Police departments should identify officers skilled at crisis intervention to provide leadership during tense encounters, even if all officers are trained in CIT skills. Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg wants all city police officers to spend a week learning how to deal with mentally ill people. What do you think?
