Eight thirty at night, and I'm on the couch. Big bowl of ice cream--10 points?---ouch! Running errands with my kids.....food all around! Fast food......milkshakes?....these points seem out of bound! ... At a party---finger foods---and alcohol of course.... All these temptations...can lead to--"off-plan-remorse"! Certain settings, seem to lend themselves--to falling off plan, Know YOUR places, plan ahead, and show YOURSELF YOU CAN!!
