I am really excited to be taking classes teaching me how to make beautiful and realistic fondant and gumpaste flowers. My technique started off a little shaky but with practice I'm getting there!

Tried a new recipe for chocolate cake today....it came out fudgy and delicious! Planning to use it with my chocolate cream cheese frosting. Mm mm mmm
