Lemon Tree Alameda

Well, the time has come. I have received word from a very good source that bars (48 licence) will not open until phase four which they say will be six months t...o one year away. Alameda is just now starting phase two. There is no way for me to be able to pay 5K+ for 6 to 12 months to wait it out. I have already incured $36,000.00 in debt. The money is out and will have to be paid back to the SBA. We will have a farewell get together (to be announced) where our customers may come and purchase any part of the memory. No alcohol, sorry. T-shirts, bar stools and tables and chairs etc. Nancy and I are very sad it has come to this and if there is any chance we can open in the future when this is all over, we will try.
