It conquers at first sight By the way, children's ballet is not just cute! Today we’ll talk about the benefits of ballet for children 1Ballet classes contribute to the formation of correct posture, beautiful gait, correct flat feet, scoliosis and stoop. The workouts involve the longitudinal muscles of the back, which form the posture. The gait becomes beautiful, and all movements will be sharpened and smooth. 2The child's aesthetic taste is formed, a sense of tact and rhythm, hearing and acting skills develop. Because through the language of dance, they need to convey a whole gamut of various emotions. Also, dances develop imagination and teach children to improvise. 3Children develop organization and discipline. A sense of responsibility also grows in the course of group activities. 4It’s easier for babies to get along with their peers. Body language contributes to the development of general communication. The phenomenon is explained by the fact that free possession of one's own body removes psychological barriers to establishing contacts. 5And finally, the dance is liberating. In the classroom, children are taught not to be afraid of performances and the audience, to enjoy the attention and enjoy the first applause. Anyone else feel extra fancy and a little royal when ballroom dancing?! Perfectly normal!! Did you know that the glamorous ballroom dancing that we know and love today, actually originated in the 17th and 18th centuries? These were elite social dances performed in front of the court that were used to distinguish the higher class people from folk dancers! Interestingly, ballroom dancing was initially performed facing the throne, as it was considered rude ...to turn ones back away from the ruler, this was called fronting the state. A big no no!! Kind of like making sure you give the judges a little extra sparkle, these days! Later as rules about turning away from the throne relaxed, plenty of etiquette rules stayed in tact. Dances were sponsored by highly respected figures, and the guest list was very particular. Every woman on the guest list was given a decorative card and she was to write the name of which gentleman she would dance with for each song. Men had to wait to be formally introduced to a woman before requesting she enter their name on the card. All verrrry high brow!!
