Malasana (yoga squat pose) is a great assessment pose to gauge where you might address areas that may be limiting your performance. This posture is a staple for any athlete's yoga and recovery practice. I'm doing a free Sports Recovery Yoga class on Zoom today at 4:30pm on how to improve your squat. All serious athletes are welcome, you will need follow me here on IG and DM me with your email to gain access. The class will be recorded for replay on my @chooseunion platform, however no students will appear on the replay recording. The session will end at 5:30 and I'll be available until 6pm for questions and to chat.
