Happened in front of me while I was having coffee at Coral Tree. The driver in the white SUV assumed that the driver in the silver truck was going to stop, and zoomed forward, violating the California Vehicle Code ((CVC) 21804.) There is also potential for a design defect case against the manufacturer of the truck, as this type of collision should not have resulted in a rollover. Luckily both drivers are conscious, although an MRI/CT and psychologist will shed light on the true damages. Be careful out there guys! #BetterPhoneYone @ Brentwood, Los Angeles
