Here is a helpful article for all of you indenpendent contractors out there....just know if you USE independent contractors in your business...the IRS is heavily scrutinizing YOUR classification of workers as ICs. Be careful...and consult with a lawyer because misclassification can cost YOU a lot of money in pentalties

For all you bicyclers in CA....did you know that if you are riding your bike on the roadways that you are to follow the same rules as cars? California Vehicle Code Section 21200 says "every person riding a bicycle upon a highway has all the rights and is subject to all the provisions applicable to a motor vehicle." KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN YOUR CYCLING ON THE ROADWAYS.
