A quick update on court closures: All-local family law court houses are CLOSED for ALL non emergency hearings until at least April 3, 2020. Merry Christmas to our family, friends, clients and future clients. We wanted to announce that commencing January 1, 2019, we will add the consultation and preparation of Wills and Trusts to the services that we already provide. It is extremely important that everyone have their estate planning in place in the event someone passes. We cannot predict the future, but we can plan ahead as to who will raise your children, where your assets will go, and who will insure that your wishes are fulfilled in your absence. Without a will and trust in place, the government (Probate Code) will control these decisions. We are offering free consultations in estate planning to help you take control of these issues in the New Year. Call us at (909) 597-2445
