We are excited to announce more tasting opportunities at the Lavender Ridge winery! It has been an enjoyable time with our members that have been able to make it to our previous tours and we hope you are able to join us for one of our spring dates. Experience a tour of the winery and cave, as well as new vintage tastings and seasonal barrel tastings. Members and their guests will be able to purchase wine by the glass to enjoy at the various vineyard viewpoints. This event is led by winemaker, Rich Gilpin and wine club director Tyler Williams. Attendance is limited and intimate, with under 12 people per group. Reservations are $25 per person and includes a selection of artisan cheese and charcuterie, and all wine tastings. As some of you already know, we will be retiring the beloved @coppermine_winery Since the 2007 Vintage, Coppermine wines have been Bordeaux bold and an elegant contributor to our Lavender Ridge company. We are humbled to announce that these wines will be discontinued from our wine line up very soon. ... We will be opening the warehouse on March 27th and 28th for a massive wine sale on all Coppermine wines. Come join us between 11-5pm for great deals and farewell toast to the Coppermine tasting room. Our warehouse is conveniently located just outside of Murphys at 3210 Main Street, Vallecito Ca 95251, the same location as the Coppermine tasting room. You will have the opportunity to talk with our Winemaker and owner Rich Gilpin, as you select your wines. If you are unable to join us for the sale we will be able to ship all wine directly to you. Our resident Cheesemonger @creighton98 graced us with her wealth of knowledge about the world of cheese this evening! We are so incredibly lucky to have her. Did you know that we get our cheeses from all of the world?! Judy and Siri have spent countless hours curating the best selection of cheese to offer to you. Next time you come in to the tasting room, ask our staff what we learned.

Here at Lavendar Ridge we like to give options! When tasting our wines we offer our famous Rhone varietals and Bordeaux varietals from @coppermine_winery! Who doesn’t love options?! Rich Gilpin is the talented wine maker behind both of these labels. He also has a separate label, Rich Gilpin. Featuring his vineyard dog, Olive. This label has more freedoms when it comes to varietals. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s a must! We offer all three of these at our @lavenderridgevineyard tasting room.

This year marks our 20 year anniversary as Lavender Ridge. In celebration we wanted to have a special and intimate event with some of our founding wine club members. We recently finished the tasting room on the vineyard which has a stunning view of the Sierra Foothills. We are looking so forward to offering more events like this in the future!
