We believe this is our best effort to be socially responsible, to support as many of our employees as possible, and to maintain our ability to remain open in the future.... During this time of uncertainty, many of you have shown support to us in various ways. Whether you have placed a to-go order with us, made a donation to our GoFundMe campaign, purchased a gift card from our website, or if you’ve told a friend about us, you have helped us tremendously and encourage us to continue looking forward to brighter days ahead. Dear Lavash Family, as you may know, we re-opened our doors just three months ago after a two year closure due to a fire. It was a long journey to reopen and we were so excited to do so. The fire that took place two years ago set us back substantially. As a family-owned and operated business, we’ve never had any financial backing. We took on most of the repair costs in which we only recently were able to start paying once our doors reopened. Now we have to close our doors aga...in but hopefully for a much shorter time. Since the shelter in place order was issued to prevent further devastation from the COVID-19 pandemic, we have limited our services. We feel that reducing our services is our best effort to be socially responsible, as well as our best effort to continue to support as many of our employees as possible, and to hopefully remain open in the future. Lavash is so fortunate to have such an amazing team of employees and such a loyal following. If you’ve dined with us, you know that what we strive to serve is not just delicious Persian food, but an experience. When you dine with us, you are our family. We cannot exist without our employees nor can we exist without you. Your donation will be an impactful investment in the future of our restaurant and our employees that will allow us to can continue to do what we love to do for our wonderful San Francisco community. Pick-up and delivery will be available for both lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday starting at 12:00pm while our hours for dine-in customers will remain the same.
