Don’t forget food medicine! It’s cold and a bit rainy out today (for San Diego) so I felt the call for a nice warming soup. This is a shrimp and shiitake Tom Yum soup rich with lemongrass, ginger and chili. Sooo good. It got me warmed right up and my sinuses opened! Food really is medicine when done right.
