Hi My Fellow Track and Field Fans, My name is Eugene Driver, I am the coach for the L.A. Track Junkies. I also still run track with the (USC)Trojan Masters Track Club, . This will be my fifty-fifth year of participation in track and field, the last forty years of which, have been in Masters (30+) competition. On Friday, June 19, 2020 (Juneteenth), I will turn 70 years of age. I am opening this fundraiser in order to aid those suffering from elderly ailments (Covid-...19, Arthritis, Alzheimer's, and Heart Disease). On Saturday, June 20th, at 2:00pm, I will attempt to set a Masters World Record in the 200m, for a 70yr old running in a pair of jeans. My goal is to complete the 200m in under 30 secs.
