A surviving battle message from Nagamasa Kuroda and Masashige Tokunaga that was secretly sent to Naomasa Ii and Tadakatsu Honda describing a preliminary skirmish at Sekigahara. The combined military unit of the east armed forces forded the Kisogawa river, in an early movement, and decided to attack Gifu. In this letter, they explain the situation to Honda and Ii and convey tactical recommendations for Ieyasu Tokugawa. Such a secret document was normally burnt after a reading, so it is very rare and interesting that a document such as this still exists.
