Upcoming Dates for our Spring 2021 Season! REGISTRATION March 19, 2021- Registration closes at 9 pm on FRIDAY, MARCH 19th! Visit lancasterpony.com for registration fees and age ranges. Secure your child's spot by registering now!... AGE VERIFICATION DATES AND TO PAY CASH FOR REGISTRATION, IF DESIRED March 13, 2021 - 9 am -10 am Bring player birth certificate. March 14, 2021- 9 am -10:30 am Bring player birth certificate. EVALUATION DATES: All registered players will receive an email with specific times and instructions for their division. Saturday, March 20, 2021 Shetland Bronco Pony Sunday, March 21, 2021 Pinto Mustang If you are unable to attend evaluations during your scheduled date and time, your child will still be placed on a team. FOAL DOES NOT EVALUATE. DRAFT DATES: Team drafts will take place on Monday, March 22, 2021 and Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Managers will receive an email with details specific to their division. Parents should expect to hear from their coach within 24 hours of their team draft. START OF GAMES: We are planning to start games the week of April 5th. Schedules will be out after teams have been drafted or formed. Foal division will have 10 scheduled games. All other divisions will have a minimum of 12 scheduled games. PICTURE DAY AND FUNDRAISER RAFFLE : Saturday, May 1, 2021. Raffle tickets will be distributed to players by the Team Parent after teams have been formed. Raffle will be held live on our Facebook page, time TBD. MANAGERS NEEDED IN ALL DIVISIONS: To show our appreciation for some of our most valuable volunteers... A $50 Cash Discount will given at the end of the season to all Managers in good standing with the league. WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS: We are always looking for those who would like to help, whether it be helping with evaluations, setting up fields for games one day a week, being a head scorekeeper for each division or becoming a board member (we are in need of a fundraising/sponsorship coordinator, and field maintenance coordinator).
