Hey LFRC and any other Spartan Racers from yesterday and today! Awesome effort completing such amazing feats! Be sure to ease back into the gym and the swing of things by doing this great Strength and Conditioning Recovery Protocol: 3 sets of 15 (3*15) GHD situps (making sure to extend your knees agressively) 3*15 GHD hip extensions (glutes and hamstrings) 3*15 Kettlebell/Dumbbell swings... 3*15 Bench Press 3*15 Pullups Do all these with light to medium weights. Do reps until you feel burn in the targeted area. NOT FOR TIME. See more

Spartan Super and Sprint races are this weekend in Temecula and we have members who are going to be there! Soleil and her mom are doing both races...back to back Saturday and Sunday, and Albert and Omar are racing on Sunday! Wish us luck! The next Group Run will be the Surf City Half Marathon on February 7th! :p Join us on February 13th for the Mobility Clinic hosted at CrossFit Arc at 9:30AM, where we'll learn about how to treat our bodies to be better runners and athletes!
