Why do I love inversions? Headstand either increases my energy if I'm sluggish or calms me if I'm feeling anxious... It's like magic!! It helps me find that wonderful place of balance...Inversions teach us to stay focused and present. Reversing gravity, inversions are a gift to our circulatory system (all that freshly oxygenated blood does wonders to energize and stabilize the whole body!)
