La Jolla Yoga Therapy

I spent a lovely afternoon sharing 'Yoga and Ayurveda for Self-Healing' with these visiting medical students from Dokkyo University in Japan. We had fun discussing the similarities between the Japanese and Vedic healing systems, then practiced some pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation as a way to close their nine-day program here in San Diego. Sometimes I feel I learn as much as my students from these presentations, or more! ...we are all learning together <3
