This is heartbreaking, and contrary to the emergency orders in place in Orange County. It seems the Court could have simply ordered regular testing for Mom (assuming tests are available in Florida.)

Coronavirus emergency status: Judgments are not being reviewed at this time due to the Court closure and still on the efiling exception list. Court remains closed from 3/17/2020 so all efiling submissions received effective that date will be filed stamped once Court re-opens. Please stay safe at home. I will provide updates as they are received.

Be very careful if you are considering having or raising your family in certain foreign countries. Basic human rights that we take for granted here may be far from the norm.
