I also feel we may be separated by physical distance but we can still be together at heart. A practice to stay grounded and embrace fear in the midst of Corona Virus Dear Sisters and Brothers:... Hope this message reach you as an invitation to practice staying grounded and calm. Yesterday, after coming home from my healing sessions, somehow I felt it's hard for me to stay grounded, I felt a need to cook something for myself, then I heard a inner-guidance: "kylie, please just sit, just sit, and sit. You can't do anything if you are ungrounded, and un-centered". I left my kitchen and went straight to meditation cushion. After the practice, this morning, I felt myself again, grounded, center, and just know what I need to to in this present moment. I would love to share with you the steps how I practice to embrace my fear, anxiety, stay grounded in the midst of Corona Virus: Before practice the exe, please be sensible to protect yourself and your family: wear masks, drink a lot of water, avoilding big gathering when you go out.... 1. Sit quitely and comfortably, Check in with yourself and invite fear, anxiety, or worrieness about the situation, corona virus come. 2. Pay attention to see, feel where are fear, anixety, worriesness locate in your body: Perhalps, in your heart, throat, solar plexus, or your belly. 3. Place your hands wherever you feel that energy. Hold that energy with a lot of love, and compassion. 4. Listen to the fear, anxiety and write them down on paper. Offer them to the light, or place the paper on your altar if you have one. 5. Speak to the fear, anxiety, worriness: "Thank you for showing up, I know you show up since you want to protect me for not dying or...." 6. Ask and listen to yourself: "How do you want to relate to the fear.." 7. Remind yourself: "Thank you for showing up. I just want to tell you that I am okay at this moment, I promise with you I will do the best to take care of us...". Realy tune in and listen to see what you actually want to repondse to that. 9. Sit with that calmness, and remind yourself that thousands thousands of your ancestors had been through wars,.... they were a survial, and warrials and so do you!. 10. Allow yourself to expand your consiousnes to connect your energy with people they are calm, center, and they are practicing to stay grounded, and embrace fear. And please remember this is a practice, therefore, we need to come back to ourselves to practice, and practice everytime we feel the storm of fear and anxiety come up as you go through your day. Giving myself permission to let go of my need to meet other people’s expectations or to feel any kind of way based on judgements (good or bad) helps me to trust myself and allows me to love my life regardless of outside feedback. I’m not good or bad or right or wrong because of what anyone else thinks. I can’t control what they think and I’m not going to change myself trying. When you stop wearing the weight of other people’s expectations and judgements, you’ll be more connected to who you are and to what matters to you. When you let go of what other people think, you’ll gain clarity and freedom to enjoy your life.
