Hello KTI Family. It looks like COVID-19 has affected us much more than we would like. Unfortunately, after 20+ years of being open, KTI Rancho is permanently closing. If anyone would like to continue training and get the remaining of your contact we would like to offer KTI Fontana’s services with Master Nick. We realize this a big blow to many people’s childhoods so we would like to thank you for your continued support. ALL RANKS INSTRUCTOR ALEX WARMUP PART 6 I know these are more difficult techniques but its part of the challenge to do your best. My workouts are generally 2 to 3 hours daily. See if you could do parts 1-6 together today! Doing it all will give you a decent workout. Doing it good will make you a good Instructor!
