2020 Thanksgiving Basket Brigade is in full swing at Azad's Martial Arts Center now. This program has helped over 35,000 people in the Butte County since its in...ception 29 years ago! Each year Basket Brigade delivers a gift basket of complete Thanksgiving meals to over 200 local families. Unlike the past, this year due to COVID-19 we will not be needing assistance in putting the baskets together. Here is how you can help: 1. Let us know if you know of a family that legitimately needs assistance this year. They MUST have school age kids; be a first time recipient of the basket; and live in the Chico area, and/or 2. You may sponsor as many families as you wish by donating funds to the cause. It takes only $40 to help one family, and/or 3. Sign up to be a driver to deliver a dinner or two to the recipients address on Tuesday, November 24th. Please SHARE this post with your friends and family so we can reach and assist those in real need in our community especially during these very tough times. Thank you!
