Last week we kicked off 2021 with the Healthy Eating Challenge and this week's challenge is - Eat Low on the Food Chain and Eat Fresh and Unprocessed Foods. Our goal in the last few months has been to offer training options for all comfort levels. Starting October 12th, weekly training will open up to the following: In Dojo Tuesday and Thursdays... At Gibbons Park Wednesday and Fridays Zoom Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays. Private lesson will be as needed for those who feel like they are falling behind or have questions regarding curriculum.
