Saddleback Re's operations are directed and managed by renowned insurance and risk management expert, Mr. Kortor Kamara, whose 30 years experience in the insurance industry both in his native Sierra Leone and the United States makes him uniquely qualified in managing the company's operations in Africa. Mr. Kamara, a Chartered Insurer with a CPCU and WCCP professional insurance designation has worked for such various insurance companies as Farmers Insurance Company, Bierly & Associates, Adjustco Insurance Company, CNA Insurance Company, Firemans Insurance Company, American Insurance Group (AIG), FIRM Solutions/EOS/Tristar Insurance Company and Crum & Forster Insurance Company. Mr. Kamara graduated in 1981 from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and has studied Law at the University of West Los Angeles and also at the California Southern School of Law.
