He is the Co-founder of Paving Great Futures which works as an effective solution for reducing unemployment, inner-city crime, substance abuse and gang violence. Paving Great Futures also provides entrepreneurial training for for...merly incarcerated persons, job placement and counseling services. On February 10th 2021 Armand became a member of the Mayors Advisory Board for Black Communities. Janell Davis is a project and business management professional with a passion for empowering the community to thrive beyond the innate proclivity of poverty. She is driven by unique experiences, wanderlust and culinary exploration. If she’s not working, she’s cooking, if she not cooking, she working. Kemiya Nutter is a recent graduate from the University of San Diego with a BA in both Ethnic Studies and Sociology, with an emphasis in Law, Crime, and Justice. Kemiya is invested in community organizing and public policy advocacy, with a mission to empower and uplift voices from underserved communities, particularly those embroiled in and transitioning out of the criminal justice system. As the Executive Coordinator of Paving Great Futures, Kemiya partners on design and implementation of education, employment, and empowerment programs aimed towards the justice-involved reentry population through civic engagement and economic opportunity.
